Monthly Reporting Tool

The Reporting Tool serves as mechanism for grantees to keep track of their progress on grant activities and their budget.

To access and submit your SRT VCR monthly reporting follow the steps below.
– If you already signed up, click the button below:

  • Create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button in the portal.
    Note: Multiple members of your organization can create accounts in the portal.
  • Select your agency and complete your profile information.
  • Click on the “Monthly Reporting” form. To start your report, click on the green “New Item” button.
  • Fill out all information that applies to your current activity pertaining to the grant from July 1 – July 31, 2024.
  • Once complete, click on the “Mark Complete” button at the top or bottom of your report.
